What do I need to UnZip the downloaded product?: Window XP users. Try right clicking on the zip file name and select Extract. Otherwise, you will need the software to un-compress the zip file you downloaded. Here are two of the more popular programs that have free or limited time usage unzip software which can be used to unzip the files. Windows: http://www.winzip.com/ Mac: http://www.maczipit.com/ Follow the instructions for the unzip software. Please do not contact Studio 1 Productions for assistance on how to use the unzip software, contact the software provider. If you are uncomfortable with unzipping the files, please visit the main Studio 1 Productions website and order them on DVD-ROM. Why do you Zip the downloads?: Because you are getting multiple tracks of music or multiple animations, and this will allow for you to download just 1 file instead of several files. Also, when you zip the file, it will make it smaller, thus allowing for a faster download. The files sizes are between 100 and 200 megs, depending on the volume you are ordering. When can I download the product I ordered: Immediately after paying, once your card has been authorized, you will be taken to a screen showing you the payment receipt. Here you will click on the link or line item and the download will start immediately. You have up to 3 hours to complete your download. |
